Meet the Board of Directors
Leah Ochs is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration. Leah currently works in the aerospace manufacturing industry, and is also a private pilot.
Kelsey Nelson is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering. Her Bachelors degree is in Applied Physics from University of California, Santa Cruz. Kelsey currently works as a mechanical engineer in Reno in the medical industry.

Ted Oleson is a lecturer in Economics and Social Entrepreneurship at the University of Nevada, Reno. He has been involved with nonprofits and social enterprises in Nevada for over 35 years including work with organizations such as the Committee to Aid Abused Women, Sierra Nevada Journeys, Sky Tavern, and The Life Change Center.

Sami Romanick is currently working on her PhD in Cellular and Molecular Pharmacology and Physiology at the University at Nevada, Reno (UNR). Sami is also a science instructor for the Upward Bound summer academy, as well as the Secretary of the Distinguished Women in Science Club at UNR.

Omar Ziadeh is currently working on his Masters in Business Administration at the University of Nevada, Reno after completing his undergrad with a degree in Marketing. Omar is a long-time mentor in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program and currently works as a graduate teaching assistant.
